Normally see my rackback amount between 12am-1am est and able to redeem after 5am est or so but not today. Checked again around 11am est today and still no rack or rackback update has been added. Contacted CS chat was told they are passing it along to the relevant dept and to check my account again in 2hrs.

In the meantime just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue today or in the past and if so, how was it handled.

Same here for Thursday's play!

I tried to contact live support and nobody answered then I emailed and no reply yet

I also didn't get credited towards my bonus I'm currently clearing.

OK, cool, not ust me then and don't know why I put "rackback", lol, meant rakeback obviously, smh.

Just got mine too right after reading this post, although the rake ledger hasn't updated, only the rakeback for redeem has been credited.

I'm pretty sure I didn't get rakeback or bonus money for Friday still, I've emailed support twice and still haven't gotten a response.

Any bonus you collect is removed from your total rake for the purposes of calculating rakeback. For example, if you rake $100 and collect $20 in bonus, you get rakeback on $80 instead of the full $100.

Anyone else not get RB for yesterday (05/18)? I don't care much about it since I only played a few games yesterday to see if I would get bonus credit which I didn't after they credited me for the four or so days I was shorted.

Isn't this supposed to be an automated to happen after midnight EST for the tracking and then credited a few hours later? If so then I don't know what is going on here lately.

Not quite.

The rake from a tournament goes into the day in which the tournament ends.

I'm not exactly sure what time the rakeback updates, but let's call it 2 am EST.

1. The 25K GTD ends after midnight EST, finishing on Monday. The rake for that tournament goes in the database with Monday's date.

2. 2 am EST comes on Monday and updates your rakeback for all rake acquired from Sunday's date. Therefore, the rake from the 25K GTD is not included in this update.

3. 2 am EST comes on Tuesday. Now your rakeback from the 25K GTD is in your account.

something really odd just happened. My account now shows the reward system (icon stuff) after i have been using the rakeback the entire time. Not sure what happened here..

I did not receive half of the rewards for my play last race week and probably for the hole time since I play there, as the 1st deposit bonus cleared very slow and was not able to clear it completely even though I played a lot and I was thinking several times why it takes so long to collect 4500 PPs to purchase $50.
