Yeah so I have been playing spins since the 1st of this month. I noticed a few days ago my rakeback payments are off.

1st I contacted support through live chat. It took 1hr 45min to even get them to do the math right as the live chat guy was doing it by hand.... Then he said they would have it fixed by in a couple days. Well Nope... not fixed.

Then I used their contact us page and sent a msg then waited 2 days no reply. How cute.

Then I emailed them this.

Hi I think my rakeback I have recieved is not right since the 1st of this month. Can you tell me how many games and how much rake I have paid since playing on the 1st- 8th? I contacted support 2 times once through chat and 1 time through the contact us page(which doesn't work). Please let me know thanks.

So 100% check you the rakeback you were supposed to get because mine has been wrong pretty much everyday I think.

You are aware that there is about a 24 hour lag on rakeback? the number showing the following day isn't reflective of your previous days play.

That being said there could still be an issue if this is not the case.

Yeah. That is why I contacted them 1st in chat to see what was up. He said it was short and it would be fixed the next day but I got no new payment.

What format are you playing? If you play cash/sng's, you get 27% of what's left after the Beast/SNC fee, not 27% of whatever figure HEM/PT is showing. Maybe that's causing the mix-up

Also, if you have a first deposit bonus, that makes your RB appear lower until you finish with the bonus (though total rewards are better when having a bonus)

Fwiw, over the years I've had many issues with rakeback and WPN has took care of it, so it is certainly possible that is the case here. I've also had issues with bonuses, so make sure you pay attention.

Yeah I totally get it mistakes can happen. I'm not tripping on the money as I am reasonably certain I will get it. It's just the hours of dealing with support that is really a pisser. Maybe I am not doing the math right because of beast fees. That is def a possibility. But why wouldn't the 1st chat guy bring that up when he did the math. ZZzz lol
