When I request forget password it says login name can't be found? So either I can't login into my account or the Mac version is 100% busted. Can we at least have some clarity?

Something must be wrong on your end because i have Mac and it loads/plays fine

there are enough complaints in this thread that it is not just something wrong on their end. It works for you, but for lots of people it just doesnt. For instance I have had problems with it on 3 different macs, and can't for the life of me get it to work on a macbook air.

I wonder whether the problems I am having on my 2012 Macbook Air but that are not happening on a 2015 Mac Mini have to do with the processor.

When I opened up Activity Monitor on my Air I saw that ACR uses 28% to 60% of the CPU before I have even opened a single table. This is crazy - my normal CPU load from having multiple apps open is about 10%.

The 2012 Macbook Air uses a single core processor. However, my Mac Mini is dual core. I think this is the difference - since ACR needs to use so much processing power (even when it is only displaying the table list) it overwhelms single core Macs.

No idea whether this is a bug in the code, a bug in Adobe Air, or something else entirely. However, it is the only real difference between the two computers I run ACR on.

Well, you're dual core, so there goes my theory.

Today's update:

1 - It broke Poker CoPilot, again. Copilot can not find a readable hand history file. So, no tracking, no HUD.

2 - The CPU usage is still high, though it may be better.

Is it actually possible to 6-table with a working PT4 hud using a mac mini?

You now have to log in with your email address instead of your login name, no?

I understand. I can login on PCs fine but not on a mac and I obviously plug in the same password. :P

Is there a way to turn off the auto script? I mean everytime I get on a table it say hello from xxxx.. Then if you sitout and comeback it says xxxx is back.. Kind of annoying

This software is still just so laggy to this day. Another issue that is rather bothersome and created problems is when the tables are scaled down to the smallest scale the chips and numbers become almost unreadable the font size needs to be increased. Also when the table is at its smallest and the action is pre flop the right portion of the fold button is in the area that becomes call, so if you're in the process of clicking fold on the right portion of the button and it becomes your action in that moment then the area that is fold becomes call which creates a ton of misclicks. Running this software side by side to other poker clients is just bad, its so slow and laggy and even when you're just running it by itself with multiple tables the software is just super slow response times. Why dont you guys just use the platform that carbon poker uses, its super clean, fast, and responsive to the user.

Hi WPN. I have been getting an error message the last couple of day about there being a Client Problem. It seems to only app when I'm in a tourney lobby and click on prize structure.

Thanks!

I just downloaded ACR for Mac and when I open it I get a Update error "Recieved corrupted update information from server !" and it will not go past checking for updates screen. I have tried downloading several times and get same error. Any suggestions?

WPN Rep there is something wrong with the automatic use of time bank. I have had over 20 instances of it showing more than a minute of time and it being on auto time bank and it just auto folds instead of cracking into time bank, this needs to be fixed.

Also the table sizing and moving table on desktop options are very difficult and "tile table" options do not work at all.

How about some options to change the table color.

It still has some lag issues when multiple tables are going, is there some way to make it super responsive and fast when 6-8+ tables are working?

WPN Rep, could you please add the Stud cash games that are in your windows version to mac client.

Another thing that seems to happen regularly is say I have 4 ACR tournaments going one table will freeze, but the other 3 will be working. Well when you have 8-12 tables going you dont really notice action is frozen on that one table and alot of the times you end up getting blinded off a bunch of your stack if not all of it.

I'm going to keep harping on it because it is really almost annoying that you offer your customers software that is going to have this many issues. Its like renting out a car that drives but doesnt have breaks. The software is 50% there, it drives, but it doesnt stop. When you can't stop you crash, and this software is setting up people for mistakes and accidents.

Its not right to offer a customer 10-20 tournaments, but give them software that only supports 2 tournaments at once. It's also not right that PC users for the most part have a clean version of this software that doesnt lag when you have 10+ tables going and whose software doesn't freeze and fold hands when time banks are checked and whose text size is so small you cant read it. These small bugs really translate to problems occuring on the playing field and can result in very -ev situations.

WPN if you think this software is satisfactory and good enough for your customers, let me see a video of you pulling up 10 tables of cash with a HUD, tiling the tables so they fit nicely, and playing some hands that show no lag or any very slow delay in actions made. I have a feeling you wont be able too and that needs to be fixed.
