We will only have the Mac Client available for ACR as for right now, i cant tell you that we will add Mac to BCP any time soon.

Do we know as of yet when the soonest updates will come to the beta? There are many times I will sign on and have to close due to the app being unresponsive. Also, say I sign on and open up a tournament lobby then close it to find that the app is also permanently unresponsive.

I just downloaded the Mac beta but there is no games listed in the lobby. Actually nothing works for me. no cashier, no my account, no rewards, no nothing. Any ideas?

Can you please try uninstalling and installing once more?

I'm also having a few issues with the MAC client.

Sometimes I have to close and reopen the app several times before it 'unfreezes' and functions properly.

Also, anytime I try to open a tourney lobby with a large field, the client freezes and doesn't let me register or exit; have to force quit and reopen. This sucks cause I would love to play the $1,000,000 guarantee but cannot.

Any suggestions?

Biggest problem I have, other than lag, is the NO REPLAY of hands.... Once this is fixed, client will be good enough for me

When you open your client today, there will be an update. Many bugs have been fixed as well as about half the list I posted in the OP here.

This release is much more stable, and a much better experience for MTT players.

We're looking to have another release next week with a large number of fixes again.

The hand histories are now in the proper folder, but there are still some errors in uploading hands (small bug causing problem with importing pot size). I'm working with two hand database companies to get WPN working well with their products.

will the cashier ever be built in and not open a browser?

The MAC client doesn't work for me. It brings me to a lobby with a blank white screen where the tables should be. Same goes for the tourney lobby.

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling please?

This client was a huge problem today for me using it for the first time with a big mtt schedule. I was running Bovada and Carbon and also ACR, Bovada and Carbon ran smoothly, but this client seemed to have a lot of lag and very slow response time to click commands. The tournament table would freeze a lot and if you have 9-12 tables going it would sometimes take 10-20min to realize it was frozen and not just on a break or in the middle of a hand. So when I was deep in the majors i'd realize it was frozen eventually, then i'd close and re open the table and come back to losing 30-60% of stacks. So my tournament experience today b/c of the client was massively altered in a -ev way. Also many times it would not pull in the ante's and they would just hover on the table making it very confusing to tell what action was happening between the players. The numerical values underneath the chips are way to small i'd struggle to read them with 20/20 vision. Preferred seat didn't seem to be working either and also the 4 colored deck should be the universal spades(black), clubs(green), hearts(red), and diamonds (blue) this weird gold/yellow color doesn't blend well and there should be more card appearance options when you choose 4 color instead of one option. Lot of bugs and performance issues that need to be worked out still.

Will the software ever work ? Why was it even released?

I guess the support is the same people that works on the software since no one seems to care.

Yeah this software sucks, unplayable as is. Buttons randomly don't work, cash game and tourney lists don't populate, tons of freezing.

The client randomly check back in some spots, instead of giving me the option to bet or raise... Pre and post flop.

I frequently get disconnected from one or more of my tables but not from all. If i have 6 tables up, 1, 2 or 3 will disconnect. When a table disconnects, i continue to see myself and the rest of the players seated, but no cards being dealt, no deal me in option or any activity no matter how long i wait. The only way to resolve it is to close the table, go to the lobby, reopen and then click on deal me in.

The SNG Lobby has issues. Under the Low and Micro stakes tabs there is nothing. The only games in the Medium stakes are under $5. And the High tab looks identical to the All tab if you take away the micros.

Whoops. It does this for the MTT lobby as well.
