So it says that I've made $20 by playing 200 hands but how come I haven't gotten that money yet? What do I need to do to get that money?

You haven't made anything so far you've earned a 20 dollar bonus that you have to release starting Monday

You get as much as you earn and then release. You earn bonus by playing hands of cash. You release the bonus starting tomorrow by just playing poker.

Sounds like you earned $20 thus far, so if you rake about $73 (not counting beast/snc fees) between Nov 28 and Jan 31, you will get all $20.

So my bonus just credited to my account. It looks like there's a glitch or they decided not to cap the bonus amount because I'm showing a $780 bonus to clear through.

Yeah not sure why they ended it suddenly. I had earned $100 the past 3 days and $50 thus far today, but my bonus looks to be queued up now at $350.

Do I not have the remainder of today to earn the final $50?

They did the promotion on GMT time for whatever dumb reason, so it ended at 4:00 PM PST/7:00 EST

Edit: Just checked and now I only have a $400 bonus

and I can't start clearing it yet even though earlier I had started clearing it... Weird, must have been a glitch. Maybe the promo is still running after all

Lol not really, but I was hoping since it had already posted to my account it might just slip through the cracks. Oh well, I'm happy with the bonus anyway

think about ppl who do nothing but grind all day im sure a couple ppl had 1k bonuses in their accounts cuz of that glich

Hey guys, make sure each time you log in, you make sure the bonus is active. Both times i logged in, i had to "refresh" the promo to make sure it was active. Also, i played early this morning for and hour and a half and only accumulated 2.20 points. Which i know isnt correct.

It ran from Thanksgiving morning at midnight (EST) to midnight (EST) on the 28th... You also had to click into the rewards section of your account and click on opt into the all you can eat promo.

Has anyone noticed the lack of action points given to clear this bonus? The first few days of the bonus, it seems to clear normal, but the last 4 days have been turtle like. I only play micros, but I have personally paid close to $20 in rake the last 4 days and have been granted a total of 3 action points.

According to their website, I should be getting 5.5 AP per $1 rake paid. I am getting no where close to this.
