I have full internet and my computer updates automatically its windows 10, never had any problems before and its doing the same thing on my pc. Does anyone know how to get past this to the login screen? I would appreciate the help

I have done all the firewall things, reset my whole computer turned off all antivirus does anyone know anthing? Been playing on this site for years and this is a first

I have forwarded to IT to white list the Ip address

this could be the route of the problem

Tried, also contacted support they sent me an email of things to try nothings working still.

have you tried on a different computer from the same ip?
