For me (windows 7, nlhe) it appears you can only hear table sound on Americas Card Room poker table if the table is currently highlighted. If you have a table open and you click on another open window such as a browser or even another ACR table the sounds of the other table cannot be heard.

Obviously this makes it harder to know when it is your turn if you are multi-tasking or multi-tabling.

I have contacted support and they responded timely but no resolution yet. I thought I would post here to see if anyone else had the same issue. If so it might be better if everyone does not contact support so they can focus on the issue that I raised. I will keep you posted.

This is currently by design, although as noted above, it is something we’re working on fixing.

Same here! I already left WPN once because of this, and I KNOW they're easily losing hundreds of others. This is CRUCIAL...how has it not been fixed yet?!...with all due respect

The tables appear to be very loud to me. I play on multiple networks at once and the volume on WPN is much greater.
