I've been playing on ACR for almost a year now and have never be able to access the "special offer" section. Have no problem going into Rewards and from there seeing my Rakeback/Bonus/SitnCrush.
When I click into "special offer" This is all i've ever seen...
I can click on the 4 tabs that show, but that's about it.




I've tried talking with ACR live chat 8 months ago when they had their superbowl free bet promo. Did everything the rep suggested, still no luck. I asked him if he could opt me into that promo from his end, he says yes. So I play, earning my free bet. When it's time to collect said free bet... nothing. I gave up after that and said oh well.

Just wondering if any other 2+2ers have had this problem before. They're having another promo similar to before, and I'd like to earn some free NFL bets.

How did you find out about this They're having another promo similar to before. Nothing will show up, i think you have to opt in.

I also did not have a special offers tab last time I looked, once I read about the promo
