A little after 2AM EST this morning I played an $11 SNG 2.0 which was paying 2 people. 45 minutes in we're down to me and 2 other players and out of nowhere the window close and the game is disconnected. I checked the regular ACR lobby which was fine and Twitch on my TV I was watching was OK so I know it wasn't my internet connection, I then closed the client and logged back in to see if the game would come back up, it did not. I immediately pulled up live support around 2:55AM and was talking to a rep named Ty S who told me around 3:10 that a supervisor was looking at things and he'd be right back, 44 minutes later after typing about an update Ty doesnt even bother to type anymore. Around 4AM I decide to have the chat log emailed to me but as of now I still havent received the log I requested. I emailed support today about the issue and as of now havent heard back from ACR.

I feel I should at the least should be compensated the buy-in amount back but feel robbed at the chance of the $44 first place prize. Hopefully a rep sees this and can take a look at this.

Still no response from ACR on this issue. This is ridiculous that I'm supposed to be OK with a site taking my money.

Sucks. Be sure to try clicking "take my seats" in the SNG 2.0 lobby when this happens. That's worked for me, so far. glgl
