Honestly, the biggest thing is the payout structure and lack of HuD options available. However, neither is going to change since WPN did this for a reason.
First, the payout structure is designed to payout more people (thus sharing the wealth, so to speak) which let's people who aren't good with ICM or push/fold, a better opportunity to still cash and make money to re-register and keep playing. When top 6 get paid, you can assume not all 6 have the skill sets or know-how of how to play optimally on the bubble. This isn't a bad thing to the casual player, with less emphasis on the top of the payout pyramid, it is actually quite good to keep it more casual.
Second, the lack of HuD is intentional as it makes them much harder to bot and it may be the response WPN is taking to cut back on botters/mass table grinders, I remember reading that WPN had a plan to combat botters and mass table nit regs....this may be what they were referring too.
I can assume changes won't be made to the payout or HuD so some constructive changes I would like to see...
There is something wrong with the Auto switch between tables option, I don't use table ninja and I haven't mass tabled on WPN in awhile so maybe it isnt just a sng2.0 problem (though I would assume I would've read something about it), but to the actual problem. When I click on a popped up table, sometimes the software thinks I've made an action on that table and auto switches to the next table (table 2) without an action being made (table 1). This new table has absolute priority and I cant even click off that table (back to table 1 where I still need to act with less time remaining) which causes table 1 to time out. ...maybe have it pop to the front once, but you can click on another table or change the auto switch to only switch when an action is made, in my experience this is how other poker rooms do it
Second, is just a comfort way of life, but have an option to change the felt color on each table. This just helps me assign colors to tables that are on the bubble, have high payout %, in the money, etc...I know the current layout assists in displaying all the payout information and does a good job, but the colors would help me even more.
Third, let us see how many players are actively registered (in number format), Average wait time is very misleading. I get WPN doesn't want to show player names, an anonymous pool to keep people from bum hunting so to speak, but it wouldn't hurt to see how many different accounts are currently registered.
Thanks!!!
