You can only download 6 days worth at a time, but I just saved it in the C:/AmericasCardroom main directory and then went to PT4 and used "Get Hands From Disk" to upload the file no problems. If you need help I can try and use pictures or something to guide you through it.

The more I play these games, the more I think that a great new concept is being wasted with such a flat payout structure. This could be so much better with a little tweaking.

Moving to this opinion as well, as I play more of them. Paying more places has an attraction to some players, but not sure if it makes up for the lack of top prize when a bunch of green cards come up but still short of a jackpot.

I agree also and this is coming from a person who prefers a flatter payout but this is just to flat.

Think its a bit overboard on the flatness of the payouts. Even casual players like a chance at a bigger first prize then what it offers currently.

Each time my table draws 4+ greens, chat blows up with "wtf, 1st place still just pays $45?"

I think everyone, regs and recs alike, would be more interested in these games if at anytime they could make a decent score by simply winning one with multiple greens drawn.

Something like this or similar.

Looks like a well thought out structure.

I was only able to get 1 $11 during the 3-4pm happy hour.

I really like that structure, that would be very superior and make winning feel worthwhile when more green cards are in play.

Structures nice i think that would be better and keep the same spirit that the format has now!

+1 good structure!!

first off let me give credit where its due, well done on the recent changes they make grinding much easier. that being said I couldnt agree with all this more, that is something I really disliked from the start and it has turned me away from these otherwise great games. And is it me or is there hardly any volume 27.5$+?

I've been grinding out the $5.50's mostly, but I was thinking of moving up to the $11's. I usually play from ~5 p.m. EST til 11 p.m. or so and was wondering how easy it is to get a few of them up and running in that time frame? I usually could get 6-8 going at the 5.50's without much trouble and would hope to get at least 4 of the 11's going at once.

Any help is appreciated.

You can get decent volume in that time with the $11's. Anything before 4 or 5 pm central and they dont really go off though.

A slightly contrarian opinion to the payout structure: 3 spots paid and then 2 green cards for 4+ spots paid (or however the math works out, even if it means less $ goes into the jackpot).

It's a painful experience when the first card is red, especially when you get on a streak of them. It sucks. No one at the table is happy.

Creating a painful experience 50% of the time is bad. While if 3 spots were paid, everything after would be a bonus. Feel the difference? One is fun, one is not. There's nothing more important than establishing positive psychological associations and the current format is doing the opposite.

I noticed a down-tick in the $11's traffic in the middle of last week.

In the weeks before they would start filling in good around 6:30-7:30ET. Last night, they were beat. Probably around 5 games running per hour.

It's weird how fast the traffic dropped. Maybe last night was an anomaly (also being a Wednesday?) and things will pick up. IDK. Obviously Friday, Saturday, and Sunday should be good. It's just a little worrisome for the medium to long-term.

Conversely, the $5's are always chugging away. So...

Huh I never thought about it that(way to play devils adv). Honestly ya if they changed that aspect of it too, that would likely make it better in itself. I do now recall a sour feeling of getting like 8-10 straight red cards first, it wasnt pleasant. After seeing your post I am leaning more towards changing the 50% red but again a change will be nice regardless of what way it goes. I just think it needs to be slightly altered

on a semi-related note, maybe thats the reason for traffic decline? or could be just that everyone wanted to try it out, and now what remains is a more accurate representation of the player pool

Come on SNG 2.0 PEOPLE PLAY! Are great games and FUN! 50 min in happy hour again not 1 $11 or $27 go off!

Delayed update: I received a response on Saturday dealing with this stuff after sending another email.

Of course, like my 6 other tries, nothing was resolved.

The rep asked me what buy-in they were and how many I played, which reveals they didn't bother looking up my account. In the email I provided the exact time and date when the games didn't load. They had more than enough information to resolve the issue.

It gets better though. Even though they asked me a question and the issue wasn't resolved, in the email footer, it says they closed the ticket.

Ignoring the ticket status, I responded back with an answer to their question.

5 days later, no response.

It's been a horrible experience. One of the worst I've had in general. Definitely the worst of any poker site. If something happens again I have zero confidence in it being resolved.

Cliffs: Registered for 7 $5 Sit n Go 2.0 buy-ins on April 4th. None loaded. System auto-refunded 3 buy-ins. Other 4 missing for a total of $22. Contact customer service 7 times over a period of 2 weeks. During last email contact, rep asks nonsensical question, closes ticket, doesn't respond to follow up. Horrible experience. Point of diminishing returns far exceeded, no resolution in sight, done trying. Confidence in support = 0.
04-20-2017 , 12:45 PM
I wonder if there's some players thinking the same jackpot amount is available to all buyin levels, whereas it's really:

"up to 75% for $27.50+",
"up to 30% for $11.00", and
"up to 15% for $5.50".

Maybe that keeps some jackpot hunters down at $5.50?

---

Regarding the bottom tier, as a player in game, I prefer paying top 2. But I can see the reasoning that if we are making a flatter structure in general, because we think it draws more players, then maybe we should have the bottom tier flatter as well since it accounts for 50% of the games. Bleh if it goes that way though and removes even more attainable edge.

Wow this is a bit concerning if that few were running at that time. Last week around then they were going off pretty quick. Hope these dont dry up this quick because i enjoy them

Hello Winning_TD. Great improvements recently, makes them so much better!!!
1 thing, now is no way to know what ANTE is as it is not displayed anywhere. Is possible to add to TITLE bar? I assumed there was NO ante but then realised stack going down becaus ante in place.
Thanks and keep great work!
