This idea would be awesome for the person who pulls a red card. Make it so if a red is pulled before any greens, a bounty of about half to a full buy in go on their head.

You do understand this would kill sng 2.0 right? 50% of the jackpot comes from the fact that half of the games only payout only two spots, that is how the prize pool grows and thus allows for games to payout more spots at a less frequent rate. What your suggestion does is basically turn the games into a one person bounty sng.

While I agree the payouts need to be changed it can't come at the expense of games where a red card is drawn first.

Well is it me, or tonight's traffic was really low? Took a lot longer to get a game at the 11 dollar game. 5 dollar games were slow too.

You do understand 2.0s already are pretty dead as it is. Sad since they already are having trouble and are fairly new.11 dollar and up games are fairly non existent. Something needs to be done. Most people are unhappy with the payout structure and gold cards not doing anything. Now if a red is pulled first having a bounty for that person for a buying wouldn't kill the site and would keep people happy. Plus it would step up the action for that game.

The incentive to play these games is the chance at a large prize pool, having a bounty for a red card pulled first would mean there is going to be no prize pool. I am not really sure why that is such a hard concept to grasp. The changes that need to be made are to decrease the amount places paid out so that winning a sng actually is something exciting not just the same as winning a regular sit and go.

I think the payouts could use some tweaking but lol at adding a bounty.

yep, a bounty, lol.

A gold card doubles the payouts.

Using a 5$ as an example. After 3 green cards that pay 65$, 5 places paid, stop paying more places and start paying more to the 5 first places.

But do it, dont let the games die.

IMO, should never be more than 3 players paid until a jackpot hits. I could live with 4 getting paid once we get into the 7-8 green card range

For jackpots I don't have a problem with everyone getting something

Any word on whether the Sit&Crush happy hour timing issue has been remedied or is it still awarding based on finish time for SNG2/JPP?

How many AP's do you get for both the $5 and $11's?
05-02-2017 , 09:44 AM
0.6 for $5.50 and 1.25 for $11

---
edit:

$5.50 = 2.09 AP
$11.00 = 4.125 AP

Whoops, good catch, those were SNC points.

I believe APs are:

$5.50 = 2.09 AP
$11.00 = 4.125 AP

$5.50:
$0.50 rake - $0.12 SNC fee = $0.38 net rake
$0.38 x 5.5 AP/$ = 2.09 AP

$11.00:
$1.00 rake - $0.25 SNC fee = $0.74 net rake
$0.75 x 5.5 AP/$ = 4.125 AP

Thanks. Seems like the $5's are slowly drying up now. I think its probably GG 2.0 at this point.

Confirmed, not fixed yet.

I played enough $11s Saturday through Sunday that I went to bed Sunday night with the 2.0 theme music looping in my head. So I'm not really sure where the dying stuff is coming from (excluding $27s+).

Also, I've been mixing the standard SNG format ($10s and $15s) with the 2.0s and traffic is really, really correlated (as expected). If the SNG 2.0s aren't popping off in prime hours then the standard games are only filling a tad faster (1.5:1 ish). And a lot of that is because there are a group of a dozen or so regs who grind a lifeless 16 hours per day.

Yeah I have been having a hard time trying to get games at the $5 level as well. Especially prime time hours on Sunday and Week Nights. Feels like the initial rush has died down and I'm cashing out.

Overall: Experience was good and the games were easy at first. Managed to take $25 and Cash out at $275. I'll take it.

Hopefully, they can make the proper tweaks and keep the game alive.

this will be in included in the next update in 15 days or so.

also Im not saying we are changing payout structures for 2.0s, but just be aware that we are taking all your feedback into consideration.

90 man turbo knock outs like on full tilt! I know i know they would never fill but i still dream about how soft those things were.

I think 180s would struggle during parts of the day but 45/90 man SnG's would do well during most hours of the day I would imagine. They are a nice in between for those that want more than 9 man SnG but dont like 3hr/5hr late reg for the MTTs.

Um...try the on demand tournaments. They run pretty frequently and can get 25-40 runners. But also considering how much they don't run at times (requiring only 8-10 entrants to start), you are living in another world if you think a 45man SNG let alone a 90 or 180man would run. But I do highly suggest checking out the on demands for your nice in between.
