ACR LIES AND CHEATS. REP ADMITS IT ACR LIES AND CHEATS. REP ADMITS IT

ACR was having numerous connection issues during over the weekend. After logging in on Saturday night and again Sunday and playing for a while, some of the games would freeze up and not allow me to do anything. I could sometimes see the action but the table showed me as "inactive". I could still play at other tables. While on the phone for the third time with their helpdesk, they admitted they had been having problems all day and the it was on their end. They actually signed onto my table to watch the problem. They researched all my tourneys (by ID number) and told me I would be refunded. This took almost 2 hours. Now when I speak with them today they say they had no problems at all over the weekend and it wasn't their fault. They also don't have a record of my conversations and "never heard of the supervisor I spoke with". The woman also wrote "this is the nature of our business".

I so wish there was a better, legal option. Good old USA.

So is this a view, is this news, or is this gossip?

There is a support forum literally just for ACR. You should post it there.

you are right. I just want to post it where the most people can see it. They are absolutely not legit and I feel like a sucker.

I just want to say i went to pokerscout and this guy/girl says the same exact thing however I want to say that i been on ACR since 2012 and I am a winning player do i see suckouts all the time yes have i seen them on other poker sites all the time yes do i see them in the casinos all the time YES!! So IMHO i thing this player just is a losing player on every site he ever played on and wants attention.

Should probably just refund op. Too bad didn't get screen shot of support dealings but wouldn't winning have record that op called in or emailed or chatted , whatever the case may be?

While the thread does seem over the top, are you saying you are the ONLY Rep for them? Anyone he spoke to on the phone would be a representative of the company. Seems a little egotistical. I'm just saying.

I agree. These replies lately seem to prove it.

Same exact thing happened to me. I figured it was server issues. I missed a few hands, but nothing major once I shutdown app and re-opened it.

Same thing happened to me on BCP. I was registered in a few tournys and could see everyone else playing but I was inactive. I contacted support and was basically told I'm out of luck it's a U.S. issue and nothing they can do to refund me my money. I explained my internet is working fine that I'm on Youtube now and playing on Ignition so it must be a problem on their end. Still the same response over and over about it being an issue for U.S. players at the time and it's out of their hands.

Called them just now said the same ****. Problem is on your end. They are a bunch of Liars. But to be fair all poker sites have the same ****ty support who can barely speak English.

I've been playing ACR and Stars at the same time but the opposite would happen. Stars would go down but ACR would work. When i'd go to network status it'd show me not connecting to like 3 of their 6 servers. Stars told me this was on my end and i called BS for a while because everything else worked but I pay for 2 internets and eventually tried swapping which remedied the problem. I don't know enough about how internet traffic is routed to know why this happens but if you have a 2nd internet definitely give it a shot nex ttime.

Something a whole lot of 2+2ers (not just in this thread) should read.

Thing about server issues is, if a site do have server issues, it will affect all players. Some players cannot accept that it is their own network that is failing as they are playing candy crush and listening to youtube or whatever at the same time without any issues, and will do everything to blame the site.

Also afaik, the servers you see in the network status at stars are not their servers (one of them is even in the US), they are simply to check your ping to completely unrelated servers.

Internet: [my end] ----- <middle> ----- [their end]

Them: Sorry you are having problems, but the issue is not on our end.
Me: LIAR! THE ISSUE IS NOT ON MY END!

Spoiler:
The issue is sometimes in the middle.
12-04-2016 , 04:14 PM
That is not accurate. A site/network could have A server issue and more than one server running their network, the same goes for switches in a network. Often, the backlog will try to find another route, but it does not always happen nor is it always set up to run that way. On the poker networks, they are mostly global. It is highly possible that one area on the planet is having trouble while the rest is running fine. The best thing you could do is close everything out and try reconnecting.

Regardless of how you feel, titling a thread like that is probably not going to get a WPN rep to race to your rescue. I have not read nor counted everyone that posted in it, but I would guess there are well over a hundred people that posted they received money. I deposit a thousand dollars, play poker for a period of time, now have five thousand, I request a withdrawal for half, and the money gets to me with no issues. Do it several more times over the years, too. There is not an argument that could be made that I will start to believe that they are lying/cheating me. Sorry.

To be clear, I was only trying to point out that there can be times when neither party is responsible for a particular connection issue. That's the nature of the internet.

If you were replying to what I mentioned, my comment was directed for the one above you that said if there were server issues then everyone would be having trouble.

Sorry for not being clearer, but your diagram was pretty much dead on and amusing.

Ah oki, thanks. Was a good spot to clarify my post anyway.

Is the "...." in your posts the exact point where you ejaculate? It always comes right before your "I suggest, or else" threats lol.

You have watched one too many blackmail themed adult movies, sir.
