I'm more concerned with the security of my cc info, along with all the others players info. Except yours, I actually hope the same exact thing happens to you, and you get to deal with their customer reps. But until that happens, maybe read a book, or play in traffics. The choice is yours.

Also on the topic of the op, still haven't heard back from any one. Today makes an entire week.....

I'm a little bit brighter than you and used bitcoin. Lets see them withdraw erroneously through my bitcoin wallet, genius.

I wonder why nobody is answering you. Is it because you're....how do I say this nicely so my post doesn't get deleted......."not pleasant?"

Again thanks for being "that guy" who just knows everything and always has the right answer.

Plenty of bitcoin account have been hacked , and the fact that the price can fluctuate seems to have just as much risk involved. But again i do appreciate your peanut gallery comment. As far as you being brighter than me, well i'll kindly disagree, on the premise you couldnt use your 3rd grade reading comprehension skill to figure out my real concern.

Please stay under my bridge as long as you need Mr Troll !!

There are fewer issues with bitcoin then credit cards and checks. And plenty of bitcoin accounts being hacked isn't one of them.

Nobody said to keep the bitcoin in the wallet after you withdraw and stare at it as it fluctuates, wise one. Take the money out of the wallet. Geez. We have ourselves a smart one today, boys.

I won't even bother with your hacking bitcoin comment because that's just stupid.

Recent news poker players being hacked.

Not saying one way is better than another to deposit. Not even claiming i know much about bitcoins other than what i have read about crypto currency and that i wish i invested in them a long time ago. But i know for a fact, when i go to bed, this hundred dollar bill that i deposit into my bank account will be worth a hundred dollars when i wake up. Unless it is some how taken from me without my authorization.....There will be no chance of it being worth $110 or even $200 and hopefully even less chance that it is worth less than $100. But with Bitcoins the rise and fall of the price would have me worried slightly, but so does the chance of having an issue with unauthorized withdrawals from a poker company or some type of hacking. In fact unless its live and you have the cash in your hand, any electronic information could be compromised if proper security measures aren't being taking.

If anyone has used bitcoins to make a deposit, id like to know if you have ever had any problems or issues. Also if you have ever requested to see a screen shot of your deposits to ACR. Just to see what type of info they would be willing to send.

The best part is OP actually used a selfie for his avatar.

What I find sad is how you are defending WPN like they can do nothing wrong. I don't know this guy and it doesn't matter if he's rude or not. If the story is true which it fits most CS these days it's fraud, problem is you are dealing with an illegal site accepting US based players so they have no need to care. Who is going to do anything?

This isn't the first story about this, I doubt it will be the last. What are YOU going to do if some charges go on your card? Just say oh well?? If so I can imagine most of you don't have much money, or care for it's value.

I find all these reps on here rude and the first thing they do is defend the CS...done it for years. The fact that they know degens will always put money on the site no matter what makes it easy to be rude and fraudulent.

Again, it doesn't matter how rude people are unless it's abusive, and even then you are suppose to control yourself in a professional manner. One of the best reps on here was when Hero Poker was still around, least he answered most things and was nice to people.

This 'attack the victim' to make yourself feel safe online is sad.

Believing Digital cash is safe is delusional at best. Choosing to use it is anyone choice and maybe you have never had issues, but BitCoin is far from 'safe'. It's not a knock on BitCoin, but you do understand how it works right??

Telling someone to use BitCoin is also not a solution, if they can't provide other options as services then don't offer it! No way I would ever run a Business the way most of these poker sites run them.

I had a similar problem today , I call in to ask a simple question about a bitcoin transaction which she kinda answered then she tells me about a promotion I have to redeem I ask her which one she says something and I can't understand her so I tell her to please repeat herself she gets frustrated and hands up the phone. I call back for them to pick up the phone then just hang it up again I call a third time they pick I could hear people I say hello they hang up then I call a fourth time and get in touch with someone ask to speak to a manager and she's acting like she doesn't want to put the manager just a joke honestly....the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with

Jesus H Christ. The OP has a right to be angry and he's expressing it. He's not out of line. Is this what the world has come to...people must be "nice" at any cost? Are we now sanitized to the point where anyone showing emotion is ostracized? A bunch of pantywaists and bindlestiffs around here. The product of single mothers, a nanny state and a leftist/Marxist education. Jesus wept.
