ACR worked well enough before I upgraded my OS. But know I can't get the ACR client software to work at all. Any help would be much appreciated!!

I'm having no problems. In fact. I can now see and review my "rewards" info within the client now. Pardon the pun but that's a bonus...

How are you using the client, on an app or is it installed to you HD?

I think its on the hard drive. Im a greenhorn as this is my first mac.
Is launchpad for hd or apps? Thats where I try to open it from.

If its already on your HD (hard drive) then go to "finder" then "applications" and look for the ACR app. If it is there and still doesn't work make sure your computer is up to date enough for it to work.

if its not in your applications folder then.....

when you download the application it will go to your /downloads folder. Drag that to your desktop then open it. a screen will pop up telling you to drag the application to the /applications folder. Physically drag the app into the folder on that screen. Then go into your "finder" click on "applications" and find the ACR app. Launch it, once the ACR app pops up in your desktop bar with all the other applications, physically drag it above another in the bar so it keeps it in your bar.

Hey guys, I am on Sierra as well and fully update as well as app installed in applications folder. When I click the bonus tab I am not able to see any of my points or rakeback information, is there somewhere on their website where I can redeem my combat points? I feel foolish but I cannot figure this out.
