7 days since being suspended from ACR 7 days since being suspended from ACR

Last tuesday on 10/11/16 I was kicked out of my ACR account while in $120-150 worth of MTTs and told my account had been suspended. I have not received any help from customer service, just repeated accounts of telling me to wait another 72 hours and that security is looking into my account.

I am hoping Winning_TD can help me speed up this process as I have been playing a lot of ACR while taking this semester off and was planning on doing a lot of playing throughout the rest of the year.

I am assuming this issue arose from giving my high school friends P2P transfers so they could try the site out, and one of my dummy friends made an account with a similar name to mine and played in some of the same tournies I was in and we eventually were sometimes sat at the same tables.

I have contacted customer support but they haven't told me what I need to do to hurry this up nor seem to be capable of speeding up the process.

I'm hoping winning_TD or any other ACR rep can fill me in on the process or help speed up the process.

Also what do I need to do to get my $$ back from the MTTs I was in when they decided to suspend me during the peak of their MTT hours

Same cash tables ever? Or just mtt?

Bc there are tons of players who not only collude ... but enter the same tourney on diff skins which is not against terms and cond. so if you're "friend" was at the same table as you in a tourney, you shouldn't be banned

only same mtts but weve been at the same table at least 5x by now.
my name is angry_nun and he made his name angry_nun6 so I understand why they would look into it but its been 7 days and I am being told wait another 72 hours for the third time now.
I'm Still suspended with no update.

Entering the same tournament at the same time on different skins is most definitely against TOS unless the player is busted on one skin and enters the same tournament on another.

Where does it state that? And I am fairly confident many players do this.

Dont know names.... this is from a while ago. But I def saw players for example .... JohnDoe and JohnDoe1 and JohnDoe2 all from say Houston playing in the same tourney. Granted thats extemely obv, but considering the bots and what have you.. fairly confident people would be doing this

great to know!! I'm literally waiting around the clock to start back up on the MTT grind. still no email from customer service or security or update so any info you can give me would be much appreciated.
Also I'm wondering if I will be reimburse for being kicked out while in about $120 worth of tournaments... some of which I was doing well in

Account now re opened. You failed to mention you and your friend were also playing on the same IP address.

No evidence of colluding though but just be very careful in future.

I like your username, angry_nun. So unique and memorable.

When i was untimely suspended in the middle of playing, i was in a $55 tourney and deep into a $30 tourney and a few others, amounting to between $120-$150 total. What do i need to get my money back? I assume i am not expected to give away my $ after ACR deciding to kick me out during the worst time possible.
10-22-2016 , 01:58 PM
Bump. Am I expected to take a $120-$150 loss because ACR chooses to kick me out of my account during the time I chose to play?? I hope this isn't the case...

Why is that? They owe him those entries, pretty clear cut.
10-22-2016 , 07:44 PM
from the sounds of it: his "friend" created an account that day, he p2p'd him money, they played the same tourneys on the same IP address, what did you think would happen?

Had he done something wrong, they wouldn't have reinstated his account. By reopening his account they are saying that it had no reason to be closed in the first place. It would seem that if you close someones account in the middle of a session and don't discover any wrong doing, you owe them the buy ins that they forfeited that day.

The site has to take precautions to colluding and multi-accounting, doesn't seem out of the ordinary to suspend his account. With this in mind; I don't see why would they reimburse.

1 877 314 4195 is their phone number. Their support is typically very good unless you are dealing with live chat, which they need to just get rid of entirely because it makes things worse because they are so clueless.

Thanks for coming into my thread to just be a toxicsheeter. Much appreciated, I'm sure people love you coming in the threads and saying people deserve to get screwed. We've had our accounts for over a year and made our own separate original deposits and he made 3-4 (maybe more) of them on his own before asking for a p2p. But thanks for coming into my thread that I made to get my $$ that was taken from me back, to say I don't deserve it, I'm sure the community here loves you.

Hoping Winning_TD can look at the time I was suspended and see the list of tournaments I was in and get my $$ back please, let me know if I can be of any assistance in this process.

"I am assuming this issue arose from giving my high school friends P2P transfers so they could try the site out" so if he had an account for over a year, your statement makes no sense then.

Its flattering that you choose to spend your time picking apart my comments to find a flaw in attempt to give me crap for well.... no good reason that i can think of. Sorry i didnt break down each situation with each friend just for you, pal.
Thanks for the negative nancy energy but if you think its right to say i should be screwed out of my money in the first place then you reall have nothing to contribute here, which has been obvious. This is my last response to you, enjoy your future trolls and toxic posts.
