$65 for a fedex that takes 4 to 6 weeks

Requested a check last week and I had already used my one free check a month but I was willing to pay the $65 fee for the fedex. I called ACR support yesterday and spoke to Tom, who might have customer service skills of a high performing 3rd grade student, and he told me 4 to 6 weeks. If you are going to charge someone $65 for a fed ex, which it doesn't nearly cost that much as I use fedex a lot at my business you should probably get the check delivered in a reasonable time frame.

Yes usually I get it pretty quickly. I was just relaying what Tom told me. Knowing ACR the check will have to be cashed within a specific time period and if worst case scenario happens and it does take 4 to 6 weeks I sure there will be a problem. Also when I asked Tom if he could track the package he said no.
