I like skillbet, try to play a hour or so everyday. It's the best poker option available overall for Americans right now.

Correction: the best LEGAL, no-problem-collecting-your-winnings poker option available to Americans...if you can generously call this poker.

There's still other options out there if you're looking for 'em.

Renee,

So is Skillbet shutting down and back to being the Holy Grail of Poker??? I noticed the HGOP support thread is back in business after a 15 month hiatus.

Are you going to address the issue of your prop players multi accounting?

Are you going to answer whether or not any of your prop players were company employees?

Are you going to address the issue of your use of forum shills?

Aren't you D_C_I on skillbet.com?

Why are you logged on there, you are currently in three different rooms, 7.50, $15.00, and $30.00. You know they are doomed, you know they are winding down, you know they use shills. Yet, you are still logged in looking for a game.

yep, that is me. the reason i am playing is because its in my best interest to do so, although i'm not sure for how long that will be the case. i don't keep much money on the site at once and i don't consider it high risk in the same sense i would some company on the island of butt**** that's subject to no legal recourse for any of their actions.

although it will completely die out at some point, right now its in a better state than it was a couple of days ago when it was full of bum hunting shills.

I wonder how any company/people who conduct business in this manner can think people will flock to their new venture? Botting, Holy Grail of Poker, and Skillbet. They apparently have little or no concern for their reputation or perception amongst consumers. Just fold up the tent, leave town in the middle of the night, and setup shop sometime, someplace down the road.

Its still poker, the objective of the game is more like playing golf though.

And I dunno, being able to cash out (for us Americans) is a big deal.

Actually you don't play at all. Your screen name, TaraG, is listed in your challenge link that you posted in the challenge a friend thread back in November, and I have never once seen that account playing in months.

For anyone that missed it, both Pokerdamus and badbeadspecialist are forum shills that should be disregarded. This is very easy to confirm by looking through their posting history which is nothing but positive feedback here, ibooboo's p&g thread, and the holy grail of poker (also owned by owners of skillbet) thread. iBOOBOO is also a shill but has disappeared along with the forum rep since being called out in the thread that I linked a couple of posts prior to this one.

I don't understand why you don't just cash out, you are the only person ever logged in. I have logged in 6 times today and you are the only person there.

As soon as he stops being profitable,Even with all the BS....Im sure he will.

there are still some people that play there, although usually not much during the day. sunday night there was actually more traffic for a while than i can remember there being in a long time. its not something that requires any attention when no one plays. i just leave a game or two up on the side and if the bell rings i play. the site itself works fine and i actually like it more with no one at the wheel then the way it was before. obv it will become a ghost town and not worth bothering with at some point soon, but in the meantime i don't feel like i have any sort of moral obligation to not play, and i don't feel like the few bucks that i have on there are at much risk.

Ha, well I agree with you there.

Do a little research and you'll find there are some of us still playing online poker and cashing out with ease.

I'm not going to bump the zoo thread just for this, but Headsupstud a.k.a. badbeadspecialist showed up out of nowhere to play me tonight. I'm not really sure what the point of it was. It doesn't mean a whole lot after the fact...at least the games are still good though.

Nice work on this DCI. But, I'm not sure I would be comfortable palying on the site if I were you.

I logged in today to take a look at the lobby. I only heard the sound of crickets chirping.

Even the bots seemed disinterested.
