Okay, I contacted support 20 times in the past week trying to figure out why I couldn't deposit anymore. Why is that your support staff was to incompetent to know that Missouri was no longer one of the approved states. I played on here for several months, left for two months and you lost Missouri? What other states have you lost oh "Legal Poker Room"

Pretty unacceptable that support doesn't know what states can/cannot play. They should know, and the site should be updated to show who can and cannot play.

"Skillbet Legal in 27 States"???????

I am surprised that this thread has been up for 12 hours and no response from Renee or a representative.

Hi,
Sorry for the delayed response. Missouri is an allowed state. I'm not sure what the issue is with your deposit problems ... it's a bit of a black box from our perspective as we use outside processors who don't tell us why they decline a transaction. I highly recommend Dwolla. Though it takes a couple days to set up, after the initial effort it's easy, fast and inexpensive.

I don't mean to get into a debate with you. I would, however, like to get to the bottom of the issue you're experiencing. I, and many others in the company, have tried to replicate your issue and have been unable to do so. I've attached the screen shot of my most recent attempt. Wondering if this is the point in the process where you got the "Missouri not allowed" message. If you could get a screen shot of the point at which you get the message that would be helpful. Thanks for your help!

i am from missouri and made a successful deposit not too long ago. if you got a message saying that you're not from an eligible state but it didn't specifically say MO, my first guess would be that they think you're somewhere else for some reason.

Click continue, it gave me a message saying and I am paraphrashing "Skillbet is not legal in your state"

My half brother who works with the Missouri State Gaming Commission also informed me that you "skillbet" were not actually legal. He said the wording in the Missouri State Statutes which can be found here http://www.moga.mo.gov/statutes/C572.HTM while vague does not mean that skillbet while claiming to be a game of skill is actually a game of skill.

That is all I know. I am going to deposit a little bit via dwolla and just go from there.

Has this statement been confirmed? Your link above does not indicate a legal position from Missouri. It is simply a homepage with the statutues. There is no opinion there as to Skillbet being legal or illegal. I am not doubting you, but I would hope this is just a glitch and some more information would be forthcoming.

I just want to reiterate that Missouri is an allowed state. I'm not authorized to comment on the specific legal position/reasoning of the company (they'd have to pay me way more $)
