It's to the point where while Huhi is the clear weakness of CLG, Darshan is the second weakest member in international competition. They have two import slots, if they had a Bjergsen or a Jensen they would probably breeze through NA LCS. As it is, they may or may not make it back to the finals.

Some korean organization should have thrown piles of money at ssw players to get them back together I don't see Rox tigers beating skt and everyone else is drawing dead.

I think you're selling ROX short here. Faker/Bang/Wolf > kurO/PraY/GorillA by a narrow margin, but I think Smeb/Peanut > Duke/Blank by a pretty substantial amount, and it wouldn't be surprising at all to see them win a best of five against SKT in the summer playoffs or worlds.

I do think after SKT/ROX, there's a pretty big gap.

Yeah depending on how the meta is at the time ROX def has a shot against SKT in a Bo5.

SKT still struggles with their TP plays quite a bit, we'll see how things go with the new mage changes coming in the summer split.

ROX was what Immortals was in NA. They where unstoppable untill playoffs in a stacked region compared to the weak NA region. Immortals choked but ROX i believe just had a bad day while SKT played to their potential and having a huge confidence boost due to the gauntlet format.

I have ROX winning the summer split in pretty much the same fashion. They are however highly sensitive to meta changes as pointed out. If the meta favors jungle or top they are insanely strong but can struggle if the meta is unclear or if it favors other roles.

I think a meta similar to worlds where carry top laners are a thing would be very fun to watch in Korea. It prob results in a meta where ROX just roflstomp everyone because Peanut/Smeb are unstoppable, but I think LZ with Flame and KT with Ssumday would feel more at home in that meta, where SKT is clearly happier with the tank top laner/teamfight meta.
