Around the time that Chaox got benched, everyone was saying that Chaox was to blame for not showing up to practice, etc. But I had followed very very closely the situation and knew it was basically Regi's fault, and wrote this 3 months ago:

When you watch Reginald carefully, he comes off as big headed and the alpha male on the team. For better or for worse, he can never be at fault, and doesn't take blame easily. When TSM started losing, Chaox started getting blamed unfairly because Reginald would deflect blame. This likely caused Chaox anxiety and caused him to start avoiding practice. Because of an environment where he is considered a weaker/problem player. These subtle factors I think are being missed by almost all people. Chaox never missed practice when TSM were winning. Chaox didn't miss practice because of being lazy, that's just a manifestation of the underlying problem. The real reason is anxiety; causing a subconscious avoidance. That bubbles up as "I don't feel like it."
Other people just see Chaox not showing up and scapegoat him. That is not even the reason Chaox was kicked off, even in Xpecial's own words. The reason comes down to what happened in games and in the reflection of those games after. The breakup happened because of the infighting caused by the fact that Reginald can't be wrong about anything, and his dominant personality takes over because of his ego. It makes it unpleasant to play with Regi because it feels grossly unfair that it is never his fault, and the tension has nowhere to dissipate.
In my opinion, the ultimate reason for this breakup is Reginald not being a mature enough leader and to take losses as a team. All team members should be equal, owners/managers should not also be players because it sets different standards for players. This is also telling that while Chaox is sad, he "doesn't regret" what happened. The full story is being missed.
At the time, no one agreed. Now with Dyrus smashing his keyboard and Xpecial now crying etc. I feel really good about my opinion being vindicated and that I was right about the situation at the time before it got leaked in a big way, even though almost no one agreed with me.
