more gold in the jungle and buff to single target junglers=shaco buff
Also they fixed cone abilities which was my main problem with teamfights as cho so im happy this patch.

its still going to be the basis for matchmaking, but you won't be able to see it as riot thinks you are too dumb to be able to handle it so they abstract the system and put in leagues to make you feel better about your abilities

Sounds completely ******ed imo, wish you could still see your elo. Much more difficult to compare yourself to friends or random people and such.

Most important changes besides champ balance changes and already mentioned jungle gold/hp changes is:

General

Turrets
- Now prioritize minions in the following order:
  - Player-owned minions (ex: Tibbers, Zyra Plants)
  - Super Minions, Cannon Minions
  - Melee Minions
  - Caster Minions

Also, Flask change is HUGE and is an indirect nerf to ad mid assassins (on top of the nerfs to khazix which were badly needed but not enough on their own).
