These pants might interest you.
Sadly these are upgrades in every way compared to the current pants I'm using. If only it didn't take a ****ing week to load your battle.net balance.

I'm not saying you should do this, but: you can link a paypal account or other payment method in the interim. You'll pay a penalty due to transaction costs when you withdraw bnet fundzzzzzzzzz to pay for the fact that in real life you actually spent money on digital items.

Re: Gold Auction House Discussion
when an item has more then 3 desirable stats, it is very useful to get help. You guys are good at this, but unfortunately, are basically pricks for the most part, so, yeah, I agree, don't bother asking.

Re: Gold Auction House Discussion
Even with more than 3 stats it's pretty easy. Search for the 3 hardest, then find the 4th/5th.
For example that belt above. Search for Dex, vitality, all resists...don't need to search for armor because you can sort by highest armor. Treat all secondary resists as the same and look for something with +/- ten of each stat of yours and within 5 all resists. Treat 10 armor as 1 all resist. Very easy to find similar things. Lets say that same exact belt had magic find, swap out vitality for magic find and search for something with a secondary resist and vitality.
Real men just list that **** up for 25,000g with no BO and let people bid away.

Re: Gold Auction House Discussion
unfortunately for the casual player, big-ticket (even using that as a relative term) are rare to come by; it's no wonder that a lot of players come here for guidance...it's also very frustrating to post an item well under what comparable items sell for, then have it still not sell...this can cause you to doubt yourself & once again seek guidance

Re: Gold Auction House Discussion
Does 1d12 time left mean you caught it the minute it went up, or is it 1d12 until an hour has passed? Thought just popped up considering I see so few 1d12s.

it definitely doesn't stay at 1d12h for an hour, not sure what the cutoff is though

yah 4 good affixes is understandable considering people arent really logical if you dont know the market. some people dont value armor cause in d2 400 armor was nothing, and some people value all res or vit too much.
and then theres items where adding 90 vit makes the item worth 5x more which is sometimes hard to tell. and the different armor pieces being so hugely different in pricing depending on the primary stat.

I said salvage because I explained a few posts before his how to PC items that are pretty simple. For 80% of the items posted here, you can save yourself the time of taking a screenshot, hosting it and posting here by using the filter function (Preferred Stats) on the AH, very similar to the search function on the forums.
|
Yea you're missing the point of posting PC's here. I know roughly what I think it's worth and what the AH thinks it's worth, but that doesn't mean I don't want other opinions. Be more elitist please.

Re: Gold Auction House Discussion
The market prices are changing every day. Unless someone is constantly checking on a certain stat range on a certain item slot, how can someone have extra information that you don't/can't easily get? Okay, they look up the same information you do on the AH, they give you exactly what you already know. Great.
In 2 days, gold has gone up from $1 to $2, many items have probably also changed in their pricing, what was 30 mil a few days ago might be 15-20 mil. My point is, unless the item is so hard to figure out (6 useful affixes), a lot the items here can be easily priced. But go ahead and keep asking for PC's, I don't really care...I'm just saying that most of the items here aren't one of a kind so they can easily be compared to with the AH to see at what prices they are selling at and what prices they aren't selling at. PC's were useful when 90% of the people couldn't do inferno act 3 and there wasn't that large of an item supply.

Re: Gold Auction House Discussion
We understand all of that. It still makes sense to ask people who have more experience selling higher priced items. High horse, jump off it.

Re: Gold Auction House Discussion
Could I get a PC on these please? I'm fine to usually price stuff but I don't want to make a mistake, and there aren't a lot of comparable gloves at any given time on the AH.

Re: Gold Auction House Discussion
just found this and put it up on the AH. there is a similar item with 4.5 crit but a low life% and no vit that is currently at a 17m with a day left, so im starting mine at 17m no bin.
if it doesnt sell, ill almost be happy cause its a really decent upgrade for me, but id have to give up my socket. meh
