Hey guys, i'm so dumb didn't even know a Musicians sub forum existed until it got pointed out.
Posted this originally in the lounge.
I used to do covers on soundcloud (about 10 I think), I haven't deleted them but won't be linking them as I will likely be re doing them on YouTube.
I put my first cover up a week ago and here is the link

I think the most effective videos are the ones that make it seem as live as possible. The people that just turn on a camera and go are the ****. Even if you gonna record into computer or something, get a camera anyways to visually to draw people in. And not that you did it here, but dont go over the top echoey/reverby. At least thats what i like to listen to see in videos. In any case, great voice. Keep the music going! I subscribed

I actually threw this quickly together at my mates house, I've bought a HD webcam which is where all my next covers will be coming from + video.
Fwiw he put waves in the background as a joke which we couldn't take out which makes it sound a bit ridiculous.

Hm man, if you really sing this you should post on some other forums, somebody will pick you up cuz you are born star (if you wont blow it somehow by yourself).Your voice is even better than John Mayers (not playing tho hehe, but thats not problem)!:P) I`m in some though period latley but I hope I`ll climb out soon and maybe I`ll PM you than to see how we can push you on "big stages", but if in meanwhile you become reach and famous music star than please you dont forget me and find me!:P)

Haha yeah small confession about the second one, I changed my mic volume to 50% a while ago and completely forgot
