$330 for the all-black one.

Cliffs:

Has EMG 81/85 pickups
Is mahogany, with maple neck
Tuners are respectable
Has Tone-Pros bridge that locks, doesn't fall off when changing strings

Pretty good specs for the money. Nice low-cost option if you play metal or heavy rock and don't want to worry about having to upgrade pickups or anything out of the box. The mahogany should be a little warmer for low-end and Schecters generally aren't too bad. A set of these pickups alone would set you back at least half the cost of this guitar and the TP bridge is an upgrade I've bought on other guitars.

Sustain is generally really good on tilted headstock/tune-o-matic configuations like this. All-in-all a nice buy if you want a poor man's metal guitar that figures to sound pretty good and not be too heavy.

I was mulling the blue one at $399 already on sale, but this one came up yesterday $70 cheap so LDO I'll take the boring black color.

So far as I know the neck pocket is your standard strat specs, so I may upgrade that to a Warmoth Pro neck later on depending on how it plays. Have to look into that first though.

It looks like they filtered out ". mu" (no space). At first I though it was to block the cd ripper software spam with music-something addresses. But it's also the domain for the African island nation of Mauritius, that seems more likely. Yet the domain for Nigeria is .ng, so I don't know.

Bumping this again because I've got the guitar and it's really nice at $330. Came pretty well set up out of the box too. Balanced well, excellent neck access, a matte finish on the neck and just an all-around nice guitar. Plays great. If you play heavier music it has everything you need. It's nicer now than half my guitars and most of those cost a lot more.

I need to adjust the nut a bit to accommodate heavier strings is all. Worth every penny at the sale price and really it's normal $500 price too if they're all like this.
