Well, major props for being able to downstroke so fast. I could beat a metronome with 16ths at 220, but I could never seem to do very fast downstroke picking for some reason.

As for the vid itself, you hear the non-amped guitar itself more then the actual amp/pedal/plugin. Hard to know what to make of it overall when it seems to phase out.

Thanks man, I pick up the speed by brainwashing myself with Allegiance, Scars of Ages, Unhallowed, Music for the Recently Deceased, Apologies are for the Weak, As I Lay Dying's first 2 albums and Parkways first 4 albums. Seriously only listen to those albums, it's kinda ridiculous. And I alt pick, not on purpose, just match my fret hand to tremolo speed.

As far as the sound, I was jamming at 4 A.M. The amp is a Peavy Vyperr. It's so loud, this video was less than 1 on the dial.

Just some riffs I made, still need to add more and more for a song. And bridge them together better.
