A couple that haven't been mentioned:

A Perfect Circle - Thirteenth Step: Some of MJK's most brilliant work.
Mastodon - Crack the Skye: Progressive metal at it's finest imo.
Pearl Jam - Ten: "Black" remains one of the most incredible songs ever created, "Jeremy" and "Alive" are timeless classics, too.
Dream Theater - self titled album: Latest release is DT at their best. Nothing groundbreaking but the execution is damn near flawless.

To this day Black remains my favourite song. Sure I'll have times when other songs are flavour of the month etc but Black has remained over all those years.
