Just received the vinyl 7" single Way of the Crow from our forthcoming self titled LP (Alexei Martov), to be released next year. We recorded the album in Electrical Audio, Chicago, but this track was done in Montreal, with Howard Bilerman (recorded Funeral by the Arcade Fire amongst other things, like mixing our EP, Scent of a Wolf) as we had to get it in the bag while the insanity was fresh.

Here's a look at the art / disc:

It's not available for purchase till next Monday (though you can get the digital single for $1.29 or on iTunes), when we'll have t-shirts available too, but i thought a lot of you guys might not have a method for listening to vinyl records. If you want to give it an introduction and have prime, you can pick up a useable turntable with a usb output (will use your computer speakers) on Amazon for about $85 .

I wouldn't use one primarily (Have an SL1200 i got off ebay), but i bought my girlfriend one so she could listen to our stuff and it's fine.

If you have any questions about recording it, i'd love to hear em!

Cheers,

Martin
