I'm not 100% happy with how this turned out, but that's life as a working dad with a teething 1-yr-old and an insomniac 3-yr-old. I wasn't trying to cop Hendrix' tone since the point of this challenge was to bring something new to the song. So in my Kemper Profiler I used a profile (emulation) of one of David Gilmour's Hiwatt DR103 amps together with compression, treble booster and harmonizer:

Thanks to you both, and no worries, Ron! The guitar weighs ~7 lbs I think, maybe less. I haven't taken it to the post office to get an official weight yet. If you'd like more info drop me a line via my website
