Open face Chinese poker, typically abbreviated as OFC, is a great game that has branched into numerous variants, and new ones are still being created all the time. I've included in my poll the five most common variants, which are the variants that are spread by the leading OFC site (TonyBet). Please comment if there's a variant not listed that you like/is interesting.

In case you're not familiar with the variants:
Classic: players get 5 cards to start then 1 at a time with no discards
Turbo: players get 5 cards to start then 4 at a time with no discards
Pineapple: players get 5 cards to start then 3 at a time with 1 discard per set
Progressive Pineapple: same as regular Pineapple but players get bonus cards for reaching fantasyland with extra-premium hands
Pineapple 2-7: same as regular Pineapple but the middle is played lowball
