What's with the Weekly $215 Triple Draw tournament on Stars?

On October 5th there are 11 people registered - all from Greece.
On October 12th there are 26 people registered - all from Greece.
I have never seen any of these players play Triple Draw before. I seem to remember reading something weird about taxes for Greek players - does this have anything to do with that?

Yes, they are taxed per individual session's profit iirc, so by regging for these tourneys and then un regging the next day(?), their profits aren't recorded 'accurately.'
