i just draw 3, we can always snow later and expect a higher freq. of snows from rompsa. we can also make alot of 1cds that have alot of equity vs the 8xx3 hands he has.
snowing is obv ok too though, esp if he can fold 87x3 ott.

re: Whats the standard here? 2-7 triple draw, fixed limit

Good sum up by Journeyman. Since its such a rare dealt hand and technically the best snow hand possible, I have always snowed it myself from the get go. tbh, I don't think I have ever got 22227, just 2222x. But at higher limit play, I also think draw 3 and a delayed snow looks a bit better. Especially if your opponent doesn't like to fold before the 3rd draw.

But if you have few snows predraw, then this is obv a good one to do.

and fyi, chances of 22227 being dealt = dealt royal (1 in 649,740).

I think its an obvious draw. That said, I dont have any snows pre in my range(except 2222x maybe). I guess I play too much HU SNG and get called way too much. Journeyman analysed the hand perfect IMO.

ftr, any other quad hand 3-7 is a better snow imo. and stuff like 66633 etc are also great as drawing is not a good option and its more likely people will draw to the river and miss, so you actually get more "value".
