This. Way too rough to raise pre in this spot, and since it's NL crappier 2cd draws are going to get punished worse than in limit. Postdraw is more interesting. Did you have exactly one pot-sized bet left after the flop raise? How much was it? In NL hands, you should also include stack sizes, it's important.
I would tend to still fold to the flop raise versus an unknown, but if villain is check/raising draws and you only have 1 pot-sized bet left after the raise, then you are definitely getting decent odds to shove it in on the flop with position and gamble.
Calling is also an option, but unless you have a read that villain will pot out of position regardless of improvement, you need to fold to the turn bet.
