NL Badacey...third draw play?

Home game, 10 blind, 500 buy in...effective stacks around 1500 for this hand...we play together more than once a week, for years now, and I'm considered very tight.

Small raise preflop, I call UTG with A46xx rainbow...first draw, I get a 3, giving me an A34 rainbow draw, or A346 one card draw. No bet after first draw...I go for glory and discard 6...giving me two shots at Badugi...probably a mistake in limit, but in NL I find you do better going for monsters.

I draw an 8, and a perfect 2, giving me nut badugi. Everyone else draws two or three.

I bet 60, hoping to get multiway action...instead, semi-tilty player min raises to 125...everyone folds to me, I raise 500 (max when pot is under 500 in our home game)...player calls. He drew two, fyi.

Question: Should I draw to my 8 low, or represent a monster by staying pat? I don't know what villain has - good badugi (6 or maybe 5) or a six low - virtually certain that the worst hand villain has would be a seven low/6 badugi, or a 6 badugi or better with no low. By representing a wheel (by sticking), do I force player to discard a rough six/no badugi? Also, with him drawing two, isn't it more likely that he just has badugi, and not a 6 low?

Thanks...I wasn't sure what to do with me acting first...obviously if he had to act first, I can draw if he sticks, and stick if he draws.

To me its obvious you should stand pat and shove $1000 on the river. It gets the best of both worlds, if he has a made low no badugi he has a really disgusting decision to make, if he has a very good badugi and draws he probably calls no matter what he catches on the end, so you get paid by the hands you crush and have fold equity against the hands that chop with you.

Thanks...I did stick and shove...he insta called with a 6543A, no badugi and we chopped...everyone told me I should have drawn, which of course was confirmed when we rabbit hunted a 6!!!

Frankly, I'm surprised he called me reraise after the second draw...the BEST he could hope for was a chop there...

I mean, you both drew 2, he has a really strong low hand for the situation, being oop isn't great, that's about the summary

Re: NL Badacey...third draw play?

question: what do we think of villains turn raise? seems like without a made badugi it's better to flatcall. can't really think of a strong enough threecard to go with a 6 to merit a raise multiway when youre 2nd to act and the guy who's 1st to act leads into the field.

at what point are we taking the strength of our 5card hand (no dugi) and applying fold equity pressure? I think if I had a wheel with a threecard I would still be more inclined to call than raise.

I would raise #2 or #2 with 123 (I'm totally inexperienced at big bet b2/ba)
