You were dealt #4 so I'd 3 bet the turn. It may ko a live draw and will gain an extra bet from a player attempting to get value from the mean pat hand - an 87. So while he prob has an 86 or better, his range isn't a favorite against your actual hand. You could also flat the turn xr (which may keep him from breaking a worse hand w a live draw had he decided to break) and then raise the river as a change of pace.
