I drew to a ten because I thought I could be ahead against a limped hand and he might bet with anything because I drew three. Is this wrong, or very wrong?

What do we do after 2nd draw and 3rd?

32 with two draws beats any hand that T32 beats (though T32 seems to be the bigger favorite) and fares better against the hands they don't beat. It's also easier to play.

Why would villain bet his presumed trash after second draw when you drew 1 as well?

You're probably ahead of his range on the river.

I draw two on the 2nd draw. I think 932 would be close.
The only reason why you might draw one is if you think he's likely to snow after seeing you draw two. But if he's the type to open-limp the button, he's probably not the type to snow.

You can probably bet the river - I'm guessing you'll win about 60% of the time.

bet river for value.. btn should frequently be putting in a third bet with hands that beat you

your hand is strong enough to bet/3bet the turn

Is folding flop too nitty? I suck at this game but this seems like a bad RIO situation out of position and the pot is really small.

Folding flop would be right if we also know BTN wouldn't bet flop without improving to a dugi. In a vacuum, I think it's close since it's a $3 donkament.
