I got to play my first crazy pineapple NLHE tournament last weekend -- it was a blast! Everyone was playing so loose and passive. Just after late reg closed and still well away from the money, I encountered this spot:

LJ shoves 10bb, button rejams 12bb, I have 12bb in the bb with A

. There are no antes. Can I call?

What should be a calling range here? Without really good reads on the players involved I would say only AAx: I might even be tempted to fold something like AcAs7h.
