Is this a call for 1 bet if sb completes? Midstakes game, competent opponents. Xxx are bad high cards.
Does it change anything if there is an additional .25 bb from a post.

Seems like a pretty standard call and especially so with the post. Only reason I wouldn't call it short in a tournament.

Calling and drawing 3 is very standard heads up or with a raiser and the SB.
Frankly, if the SB is gonna enter the pot, they need to re-raise to push you out in a cash game.
