Big O is Omaha where you are dealt five personal cards (rather than the usual four). Hands at show down tend to be better than in four card Omaha.
All board games where you must play exactly two cards from your private hand and exactly three cards from the common board are variations of Omaha.
If high only, look in either the High Stakes PLO forum or the Low Stakes PLO forum. If split pot, look in the Omaha/8 forum.
From my own perspective, yes, but I don't know what's "good" for you. I suppose it depends on what you want.
