The short answer is yes, definitely. However, the cost to develop is a big factor, so I have only done iphone/windows phones currently.

Really plan to make 5 games (Badugi, A-5, 2-7, Badeucey, Badacey) but want to make sure it's popular enough to make sense, so as to no waste time creating a bunch of apps no-one downloads.

I don't know what is chipper (speaking of costs) to add a new game or to add a new platform, but AFAIK Android is much more popular now than WM.
Also think about 5CD please.

I tried out the app, and it was very fun! Def no glitches or annoying nuances or anything.

To the OP, I think you did a great job I think if/when you add some more games(2-7, 5CD) this will be a very popular app.
