What is 7-A draw? 2-7 means aces play high and straights and flushes count against you (the nuts are 23457). A-5 means aces play low and straights and flushes do not count against you (the nuts are A2345). Less commonly you have A-6 (like 2-7 but aces are low, so the nuts are A2346) and 2-6 (like A-5 but aces are high, so the nuts are 23456). So first things first, make sure you know exactly what game you're playing and what the rules are.

Also, it's very important to know how many draws you have. In 2-7 single draw, even a jack-lo is a pretty strong hand at showdown, whereas in 2-7 triple draw, you want an 8-lo to be confident at showdown. Most lowball draw games are single or triple draw, although you might occasionally see a double draw game.

Regardless of which game you're playing, playing it pot limit should mean you play tighter than you would playing fixed limit, especially if you're playing triple draw. When your opponent can bet the full pot and not just a small bet post-draw, you have to fold middling hands and get pushed off your equity.

Position is very important in all draw games. Your button is very powerful. Consider playing tighter from the small blind than you do on the button. You can defend your big blind vs a small blind steal pretty liberally too because you'll have position for the whole time.

Fill us in with more info on which game exactly you're playing, and we can help more.

So the twos, threes, fours, fives, and sixes are removed (20 cards removed). Right?

And flushes out-rank full houses. Right?

I don't know the answers to any of your questions. Seems to me they all depend on how your opponents are playing.

There have been a number of threads on 32 card draw previously on this forum. Have you tried searching for them?
