Two questions for Pineapple OFCP:

1. How would you set this hand if you were first to act?

Ac 2d 6d 9s Th

I'm almost certain the 9 and T would be on the bottom, and the suited 2 and 6 in the middle. Feel free to disagree, but pretty sure going for the flush with 2 cards lower than your middle cards would lead to fouling too much.

My main question is would you put the A in the middle or up top? I believe putting the A up top leads to a higher fantasy land percentage, but also leads to a higher fouling percentage. How would you set it and why?

2. To be a long term winner in this game against pretty competent opponents, what should your royalties per hand (RPH), FL percentage, and Foul percentage be as a worst case scenario (high only statistics)?

I am far from an expert, but you may not get many replies here so I'll give it a shot. Setting the two flush in the back is bad, IMO. It's just so inflexible. We have to make the flush or just try for a weak two pair in the back, AA in the middle and go for the royalties up top. I usually set this A/62/T9. You do have a small amount of straight/flush equity in the middle this way and can make a decent A-high up top if you miss FL. I know a lot of people want to set the A in the middle, though. With the T9/62 pretty far apart you have a lot of flexibility in delevoping the back.

I can't really try to answer the second question. I have looked before and can't find the information easily. There don't seem to be a lot of good resources for this game on the internet. I can tell you that mine are 5.9/19.5/21.7 over 1000 hands on the app (haven't been playing too long). I tend to play aggressively setting for FL frequently, so maybe my foul % is a little high.

With this particular hand I would put the ace up top because you might need your Qs and Ks for the bottom. Also A26 doesn't form a wheel draw, make some small changes and I'll put the A in mid but for this particular hand I'll put it up top

For your hand, I'd set it up T9 bottom, 62 middle, A up top. Agreed with your thinking on the two low flush cards on the bottom. WRT the ace, I don't really like having 3 unconnected cards in the middle. If you draw a pair, you have nowhere to put them, while if you put the ace up top you can put 33, 44, 55, 77, or 88 in the middle and go for a worse two pair than the bottom while leaving yourself open for FL up top. If you had a pair on the bottom, I'd be more inclined to put the ace in the middle, because I'd feel more comfortable pairing the ace on the theory that I'm likely to improve on bottom. With your draw, it's hard to get comfortable pairing the ace up top or in the middle.
