2-7TD - Break #11 OTF?

Poker Stars $0.25/$0.50 Limit 2-7 Triple Draw Lowball - 6 players
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

Pre Draw: (1.4 SB) Hero is CO with J 7 5 2 2
UTG folds, MP folds, Hero raises, BTN folds, SB calls, BB calls

First Draw: (6 SB) (3 players)
SB draws 3, BB draws 4, Hero draws 2
Hand: 8 7 5 3 2
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB calls

Second Draw: (4.5 BB) (3 players)
SB draws 2, BB draws 1, Hero stands pat
Hand: 8 7 5 3 2
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB folds, BB folds

I'm pretty sure it's right to pat it with them drawing so many, but it would be correct to pat here no matter what right? I'm feeling very rusty, and have probably been chased down in a few too many pots this session...

Never break it here. Could be possible if heavy action later.

Bolded the real question in this thread for emphasis.

Being in position and 3 handed, definitely pat every time, ainec.

Now if we were OOP and were 4-way with villains we knew were all likely to draw 1, then I would probably consider breaking 876x2. I pat and pray all 8's 3-way. Now with 87532 I probably still pat and pray 4-way OOP, but it's probably close.

I would like to hear others general tendencies with various 87's in multiway pots.

Re: 2-7TD - Break #11 OTF?

This particular question is one of the most difficult questions in the game, and really in all of poker. It's like 2 small pairs in nlhe facing legit action on the turn or the second nut flush in plo, it's all about feel and there is no easy answer.

i think in the situation described you probably played it the best way, but its impossible to say for sure without more information about villains, table image, game dynamics, etc.
