2-7TD - Adjusting to a weird type of player

Already had this player marked down as a fish, although this session they seemed to be playing overly tight (checking obv bets and folding early when almost certainly getting the odds to continue) when previously they had been loose and bluff-catching OTR.

Poker Stars $1/$2 Limit 2-7 Triple Draw Lowball - 6 players
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

Pre Draw: (1.5 SB) Hero is UTG with J 7 5 3 2
Hero raises, MP folds, CO folds, BTN folds, SB calls, BB 3-bets, Hero caps!, SB calls, BB calls

First Draw: (12 SB) (3 players)
SB draws 2, BB draws 1, Hero draws 1
Hand: 7 5 5 3 2
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB raises, Hero calls, SB folds

Second Draw: (8.5 BB) (2 players)
BB stands pat, Hero draws 1
Hand: 7 6 5 3 2
BB bets, Hero raises, BB folds

So the hand is not the issue, but I'm more wondering what the right adjustments are to make against a player who's playing like this?

Spoiler:

OK, but do I start re-raising pre with trash to isolate and then bluff, or just leave it for situations where it's close between drawing to a rough hand and bluffing, or in a 1:1 spot OTR, bluff more than usual?

I also feel like a lot of aggression is likely to change his attitude, given he has been a loose calling station in the past, so is bluffing the only adjustment I can make to a player like this?
