Im happy to 4 bet to ~$12.40 and get it in, 4 bet/folding is nitty, calling and pat ch/call also sucks as it will lose us so much value and obv just folding to the 3 bet is out of the question!

Its a 4-bet but sizing and timing will make a difference. Im gonna make it about 18 and then I could still make a fold if I think his timing for a 5-bet and range is so tight that Im dead. Readless its gonna be hard to fold this.

In the 25/50c game, 97653 is far from the nuts pre with 100 bb stacks.
With some villains I would get this in but with the majority of them I'd reraise to $15 and fold to a shove.
To be honest, make the 9 an 8 and I'd still expect to lose most of the time if I got all in pre (though I would do).

As an American I haven't had the ability to play this in 1.5 years, but when I used to play I'd think pretty much the same thing, but I'd 4bet smaller, probably closer to $12. And there were definitely some people that played that this was probably even a sigh/fold against because they'd just flat/pat a bunch of Ts and Js.

Re: 2-7 single draw. what is correct line?

It depends a lot on opponent, but most likely at nl50 those sitting with 100bb stacks are going to be 3-betting a lot wider. Whether to get it in depends on if your opponent thinks you are tight or not. They aren't going to be shoving worse than 97 for value so it is to get you off a better hand if they do shove worse.

I would usually wait on purpose until at least my clock starts, then 4 bet to $12-$15. Depending on who it is i would usually fold to a shove or 5 bet.

Only advice i would give is at nl50 try not to be out of position against the 100bb stacks who 3-bet a lot, there's lots of fish who sit with 20-40bbs and are extremely nitty so let them be the ones with position.
