Hey guys!

Preflop and flopplay seem standard to the point I get raised.

1) Would you snow this hand on the flop or is this hand too good to snow? Rather do it with 7653?
2) How do you react once you get raised?
3) Should I fold at some point?

3- I have about 7-8 outs I think. 3x Deuces, 3x eights, 2x nines. Implied odds and RIO are kind of equal because only 3 deuces are great and 3 8s are ok/good. We are oop.
--> Close spot on the turn?
--> Folding for sure a hand like 7653?

Cheers

Again I would play it the same. When he raises flop he tells you he is pat(or have a very good draw but mostly pat). So drawing to this with at least 2 winners(probably 6-8) is fine.

Re: 2-7 7543 on the turn

I know I play this the same as you did. I think your draw is good enough to at least take the second draw, then you can maybe snow the last draw especially if you make a straight again or if he takes 2 or 3 on the second draw.

Obviously the snow idea goes out the window when he raises.

Would anyone consider check-raising the turn if you catch a 10, to get him to break/fold? I'd expect him to be extremely suspicious of that (given that he went 3 to pat so his range would be perceived as weak) so I probably wouldn't try it, but I'd like to know if anyone else would.

Having stood pat the entire way isn't he likely to call very often here? It doesn't seem like a great bluff spot to me.

Bet the river for image? Do we ever have fold equity here even though he went 3-pat?

Given the right villain and table image, betting the river will work often enough. It'd be read dependent for me though.

Good idea to post up any and all reads in the OP Zac.

I don't know how the bigger games play but I would see that getting called too often at .25/.50 to try that. However, at the micros they call everything!
