Withdrawing from HPP

I tried to withdraw from HPP but was asked to verify my account by sending a copy of my ic/bills. I deposit through mb and trying to withdraw to mb. Other poker sites dont ask for my information at all during withdraw. Is it safe for HPP?

Re: Withdrawing from HPP

It's normal at all poker sites to verify players identity before making transactions.

Dear lovedrunk,

It is called the KYC procedure (Know Your Customer). This is something we have to do as it is a requirement from our licenser, the LGA.

Your files are protected and it is perfectly safe.

Best Regards

For me it took only a few (if not less than one) hours.

Big plus for the support here!

Dear Andreiyoz,

It is taking some extra time because you sent in documents that did not contain your name but the name of your relatives. Reply to the ticket you have been assigned with by support, this should speed up the procedure.

Best Regards

Re: Withdrawing from HPP

Hi, requested a cashout of 500.00 the other day, normally I get cashouts in 24 -36 hrs, This was requested Jan 5th. Just want to check on the status of the cashout. As I did cashout on 2 other networks the same day and already
received these funds.

Just making sure my cashout was not lost again, I thought we were passed this stage.

Regards,

TYE,

What's happened to cashouts? Waiting for more than 3 days now... Earlier ones were much faster.
