Please tell me what documents i need to be verified? I sent my id card where i have the name , the birthdate and the adress, The birth date is in my personal identity number.That is how the ID`s are in Romania.The support team is asking my back of my id but my back of the ID is BLANK.So i sent my birth certificate with my id again and the proovement of the deposit from my bank.And they still tell me to send my birthdate somehow and the adress.I have the birth date on my birth certificate WTF!??!?! and the adress on my bank. I sent even my voter card with my adress there. I realy want some answers!

Seems like they may be using this as an excuse to steal our funds.

They turned down my documents, which I have used to verify over 7 other of my poker accounts just fine in the past.

I guess I can kiss my 10k euro roll good bye now.

You gotta stop creating threads about this now andreiyoz. Support already told you that we need a utility bill with your name and address on it. Sending in a phone bill of a different person does not suffice. Respond to your assigned ticket and stop flooding this forum with this.

You cashed out 7 times and you have been KYC'ed successfully. The reason for the delay in your KYC was due to the absence of date on your PoA document (Proof of address).
