Exclamation Refunds

Hi guys,

In the common interest of creating a better overview, please post your issues in the designated threads.

I created this thread with the purpose of helping people who had their money ‘stuck in play’ or were affected by tournament crashes.

To speed up the procedure please post all relevant non-personal information like: nickname (your name at the tables. DO NOT post your username which is used to login with!), time of incident, description of the problem, tournament ID.

Crash that happened a few min ago, missing between 110 and 130 dollars (my best guess). Username PZCC.

Great i just received my money from the crash the 17/12 now i lost them again.

when do you expect to resolve this problem?

how do you guys know that money is missing ?
when i play a big session i do not know how much i am up or down.
how will i know if money is missing ? often there is money stuck "in play" in the cashier, but it is in the "avaible" account already

Well im just used to that im missing money every time their server crash. Seems like the money you have on tables are not refunded to your account, when their server crash

The problem is that their support is so bad and you should not expect a responce.

I have mails that is over a month old and they havent given me an answer yet.

Just hope they refund my money soon just got it back the 19/12 just to see their server crash 3 hours later so now im missing funds again.

HPP you should really do something about your support and servers +bugfix

Hi HPP,

Just want to add to this thread, I am missing 400+ euros that was not returned to my cashier from a glitch today.

I am a daily winning player and honestly lost more money today then I have ever in my whole career in terms of Buy ins. I know this glitch was a cause of this to happen. As I was not allowed to leave anymore tables once I realized money wasnt getting returned. Causing me to play deep stacked poker and get coolered all day for 200 plus bb pots.


I expect you to do your normal investigations and you will see I am missing 400+ euros that legitamently wasnt honored back to me.

And also I would expect nothing more and nothing less then 50% compensation for all my losses today as it was your site that caused me to play certain tables, and also would not let me leave a table when deep, avoid getting coolered for pots bigger than 150 big blinds.

Honestly today I really felt like you had someone screen viewing me and clicking a on and off **** me switch.

Just overall super upset with what happened today on HPP.

And trust me this is not a rage tilt response here. I am absolutely not tilt anymore. And just want to voice my concerns about your site.

I play on High Pulse Poker everyday. At the least for 6 hrs a day. Most days min 8 hrs.

Everyone that plays on high pulse always says Hi to me, random strangers i dont even know. And I enjoy the player field and atmosphere.


I want nothing but to continue to play on your site.

But honestly if I dont get my cash returned ASAP and get some sort of percentage of my losses today. I will go elsewhere.

total legit missing funds 400+ euros.

Total lost today in terms of dollars due to the glitch and forcing me to not be able to bank and play deeper than 200bb

259.00 euros.

Be nice to get something reimbursed as I would never have had this bad of a day due to regular variance and play.

Honestly if It wasnt for this glitch my day would have stopped at Im down 75$.

I have great control and stop losses, but your glitch forced me to play at the remaining two NL50 tables once I realized my money from my other 8 tables didnt get returned.

I then chiped up from 50 to about 190 on both tables to get coolered with nut hands to two outters ect for the next hr or so, before shutting it down and almost throwing my laptop out the 12th floor balcony.



I am not trying to windle out free money from a bad day. In all honesty this would of never happened if this glitch didn't happen today.

so you say you were scared to lose the money when leaving the table ?
then played deepstacked and got coolered, and want that money back because you got coolered when being deepstacked ?

Great you have opened this thread but nothing happens it is now 2 days since the crash and im still missing my money when are you going to pay me back?

This is really anoying since the 19/12 i had just got my money back from the crash the 17/12 and now my money are stuck again.

I also wrote your useless support and hoped for a reply, but as always when i send them a mail there is no responce what so ever other than the standard mailbot reply.

I have mails that is over a month old and i still wait for a reply really hope this will get better soon
