HPP Suggestion Box
Write only your suggestions and discuss about what improvements HPP should have. And I hope they will be there one day. Help them to create a better place for us.

Re: HPP Suggestion Box
Hand for Hand on tournaments definitely needs to be introduced.
Is there anyway of telling a tourney will be 6max or not?
maybe a nightly plo tournament?

Re: HPP Suggestion Box
1. Fix bubble phase for tournaments. Hand-for-hand could be added, as someone offered before. Also 30sec Time Bank for every hand is way too much. It takes more time to bust 5 players till ITM, than finish whole final table. In FR games one hand with flop goes for 8mins..
2. For me "Wait for BB" button still isn't working.
3. When multitabling, tables Pop-up on Top randomly, even if there is not your time for action on it. And if it's your time to act - often it doesn't show on top automatically. ( I'm on Win 7 OS)
4. Create tournament Tickets system, or refund money for won satellites or disable Unregister button. I won ticket to Pro Contract Tourney, but when pushed unregister button to try it, I get no money but I couldn't register again into MTT without paying 100eur from my account.

Re: HPP Suggestion Box
Site needs more mtts daily with nice gtds. perhaps less daily 5ks, 1 a day, and maybe get a 2k and 3 1ks everyday running. Site would do much better for traffic IMO.

Re: HPP Suggestion Box
Thank you for lowering rake at Hu SnG games!
Also for changing 25/50 level to 20/40 at 55's, which only one had this level.
But not sure about ante in HU games, will feedback later after trying..

Re: HPP Suggestion Box
Thank you for creating a good and constructive thread. The reported issues are something we are looking into, can’t give you a timeframe on fixes yet.
I can however set up a PLO tournament for you guys. I will set up a shorthanded PLO single elimination tournament with 11€ buy-in for tonight at 22:30 (GMT+1).
Best Regards,
Jonas

Maybe show it in the Main ALL tourneys list. Because it's hard to find it in separate section, just few ppl will reg. In third Filters tab add "ALL" checkmark, and make it default, i think.
P.S. Also after this in forth filter tab "ALL" filter will be needed, because it's still only PLO Mtt.

Re: HPP Suggestion Box
One thing that is really annoying, is the pop-up add chips feature when you click on the moneycount in cashgames. Could you make it so that one could disable that feature from the settings. The add chips button on the left is enough imo.
And when is PLO8 coming?
And add the HU tables already from micro levels.
It would be cool, as PLO8 turns to very boring sit-and-wait game after more than 4 people sit down.
But at the same time PLO8 hu is very fun.
Also, i think that having a lot more of good toruneys and spending your money on that with the effect of getting more players you will earn more in the long run.
GL!

Re: HPP Suggestion Box
Jonas, I agree with TYE too. We got a drastic change in traffic, after modifications in MTT schedule. I understand that big overlays can't last forever and it was just opening presents. We don't know what your future plans are, maybe you are preparing smth. I will try to offer smth from poker site point of view, which won't be loss-making:
1. Make guaranteed tournaments!! They are running with no fee now. How much you are profiting? ZERO. It doesn't matter to pay 15+2 , or smth. People get attracted by BIG NUMBERS AND COLORFUL LETTERS!! It doesn't matter that there is no overlay. Make for example 1500$ GRT for 15$+2$, if just 90 ppl will reg, it will be covered by rake. No loss. But I think that 100 will reg easily, and prize pool will exceed grt sum, and there will be ppl playing. Just estimate how many ppl you can expect on different times, and make guaranteeds that prize pool won't be much or no overlay.
2. Rebuy tournaments also good. 1-3$ +R turbo donkaments are fun for ppl, to push AI every hand.. Also bigger 1R1A in evenings would be nice.
3. SnG pool is almost dead. Maybe some Hyper-Turbos? Check how much action they got on other sites. They are just FUN for ppl.

Re: HPP Suggestion Box
Please fix the "bring to front" option. It works for around 15mins then breaks. It can get pretty tilting if one is playing 6 or 8 tables.
Thanks! Really like the site!

+1
spending less money and thus killing the site early on in this situation is like ****ing oneself over.

Re: HPP Suggestion Box
Some suggestions for the software:
- autobuy ins for cashgame
- when timing out, autocheck, instead of folding
- fix the bug that makes you sit out every time you're trying to click the "Wait for big blind" button (appears to happen when you are doing it for the 2nd time at the tables)
And as I said earlier in another thread, fix the traffic asap!
